"七種水果不能空腹吃"…

大家都知道,吃水果有益健康,於是水果成了一些人的正餐。其實,有些水果是不適合在空腹的狀態下進食的。

 番茄

      含有大量的果膠、柿膠酚、可溶性收斂劑等成分,容易與胃酸發生化學作用,凝結成不易溶解的塊狀物。這些硬塊可將胃的出 口幽門

      堵塞,使胃裡的壓力升高,造成胃擴張而使人感到胃脹痛。
            

 柿子

       含有柿膠酚、果膠、鞣酸和鞣紅素等物質,具有很強的收斂作用。

       在胃空時遇到較強的胃酸,容易和胃酸結合凝成難以溶解的硬塊。

       小硬塊可以隨糞便排洩,若結成大的硬塊,就易引起胃柿結石症,中醫稱為柿石症

 香蕉

       含有大量的鎂元素,若空腹大量吃香蕉,會使血液中含鎂量驟然升高,

      造成人體血液內鎂與鈣的比例失調,對心血管產生抑制作用,不利健康。

 桔子桔子含有大量糖分和有機酸,空腹時吃桔子,會刺激胃黏膜。

 

 甘蔗和鮮荔枝:空腹時吃甘蔗或鮮荔枝切勿過量,否則會因體內突然滲入過量高糖分而發生高滲性昏迷

 

 山楂山楂的酸味具有行氣消食作用,但若空腹食用,不僅耗氣,而且會增加饑餓感並加重胃病。


要保存水果新鮮度應注意 : 

香蕉: 如將香蕉在12攝氏度以下的地方貯存,香蕉就會發黑腐爛。

番茄: 番茄經低溫冷凍後,肉質呈水泡狀,顯得軟爛或出現散裂現象,

                  表面有黑斑,煮不熟,無鮮味,嚴重的則酸敗腐爛。

鮮荔枝: 鮮荔枝在0攝氏度的環境中放一天,表皮會變黑,果肉變味。

吃水果的禁忌


水果對人體雖然有益,現代人甚至流行拿來當作正餐,但是,有些水果是不適合在空腹的狀態下進食的,包括:柿子番茄、荔枝、山楂、橘子、香蕉等,都不適合空腹吃。

楊淑媚、蔡昆道醫師表示,因為柿子含有較多的單寧酸,吃起來比較澀,它會使消化道痙攣而產生腹痛及消化不良。

番茄近幾年非常熱門,但番茄中含有大量的膠質、柿膠酚等物質,這些物質能和胃酸發生化學反應,並凝結成不易溶解的塊狀物而堵住胃的出口,使胃內壓力升高,造成胃的擴張,進而使胃脹痛。

空腹吃太多荔枝會使血糖上升,需要依賴肝臟中的「轉化?」將其轉化為葡萄糖,因此飯前若吃太多荔枝,身體容易因轉化不及而出現昏迷的危險,這種病還被稱為「荔枝病」。

山楂、橘子則因含有大量的有機酸,空腹食用不僅會導致噯氣、反酸,甚至加重胃炎、胃潰瘍等胃病。香蕉含有較多的鎂元素,若空腹時用時易讓血液中的含鎂量劇升,破壞人體血液中的鈣鎂比例而失衡,愛吃水果的民眾須特別當心。


飯前飯後 如何正確吃水果?

現代人都知道多吃水果有益健康但每種水果有適合吃的時間和禁忌如果吃錯了可能會讓你生病哦!

什麼時候吃水果最好?到底是先吃水果再吃飯,還是先吃飯再吃水果?這是許多人的疑問。醫師指出,若是一般作法,水果可隨時食用,不必太過拘泥。但是,若要運用在治療上,應在飯前或飯後1至2小時吃水果較理想。

中國醫藥大學中醫部主治醫師楊淑媚、中國醫藥大學北港附設醫院內科醫療部主任蔡昆道,這對醫師夫婦檔最近由時周文化出版了《吃對水果不生病》新書。楊淑 媚、蔡昆道醫師表示,每天會碰到許多病人對於各類水果的疑惑,因此他們決定以多年從醫經驗,歸納出預防與治療疾病的水果食療法,希望釐清一些不正確的觀 念,教大家正確地吃水果。

楊淑媚、蔡昆道醫師表示,曾有研究發現,吃飯後人體的白細胞會上升,但是若先吃水果後再吃飯,白細胞增高的情況會緩和,所以對免疫功能的影響較不會引起大波動,對人體較好。但這種推論仍待進一步研究。

不過,從健康的角度,每種水果真的有適合吃的時間和禁忌,楊淑媚、蔡昆道醫師建議,如果想要幫助消化,可以在飯後半小時食用鳳梨、柚子。如果想治療睡眠,可在睡前食用紅棗、龍眼肉等。

一般來說,腸胃不適的人最好在飯前或飯後2小時吃水果,平時少吃柚子、西瓜、枇杷、桑椹、火龍果、梅子、檸檬、鳳梨等水果,因為柚子性寒,西瓜容易拉肚 子,枇杷火龍果性涼易腹瀉,桑椹則會導致的胰蛋白?降低,梅子、檸檬太酸,鳳梨中的波蘿蛋白?會融解纖維蛋白和酪蛋白,都不適合腸胃機能較弱的人。

吃水果的禁忌

另外,吃水果也有一些禁忌,楊淑媚、蔡昆道醫師指出,柿子最好不要和海鮮一起食用,因為柿子的單寧酸和高鈣的海鮮,容易和胃酸結合成不易溶解的硬塊;柿子也避免和地瓜一起吃,因為地瓜富含澱粉會使胃酸升高,也會和柿子的單寧酸結合成不易溶解的硬塊,造成消化不良。

值得注意的是,葡萄柚千萬不可和一些藥物同食,包括心絞痛藥、高血壓藥、降血脂藥、鎮靜劑、抗組織胺等藥物,因為葡萄柚會使藥物血中濃度上升造成危險,建議最好能相隔2小時服用才安全。

橘子不要和白蘿蔔、牛奶一同進食,因蘿蔔會在人體產生硫酸鹽,經代謝之後製造出抑制甲狀腺作用的物質,而橘子中所含的類黃酮物質與此物質一同作用後,容易 導致甲狀腺腫;加上橘子所含的成分會使牛奶凝固,影響胃的消化吸收,因此在吃了白蘿蔔或牛奶後,不可立刻食用橘子,以免造成不適。

另外,過去文獻曾記載,甜瓜不可與田螺同食,否則會引起腹脹不適;桑椹與韭菜同食會引起腹痛下痢;桃子不可與鱉同食,否則會引起胃痛;吃榴槤後不可飲酒,以免引起腸胃不適;紅棗、黑棗不可與洋蔥、大蒜同食,否則會發生頭部不適現象;吃了大蒜等辛辣物,不可再吃芒果。
